A simple cookie. No shaping. It's not too sweet. Butter and walnuts taste good.
Step1:Butter softens. Cut walnuts.
Step2:Beat the butter until smooth. Add all the sugar. Beat until you can't see the sugar. The volume of the butter increases and the color turns a little white.
Step3:Add the eggs in 3 times. Beat each time until smooth and add the next time to avoid oil-water separation.
Step4:Sift in all baking soda and low gluten flour. Baking soda is easy to agglomerate. Be sure to sift it. Stir with a scraper until you can't see the dry powder. Add all chocolate beans and walnuts. Stir well.
Step5:15g batter. Make it flat. Put it on the oilpaper. I put it in the fridge first and then I reshaped it. Not too sticky. It doesn't matter how it looks.
Step6:Preheat the oven. 180 degrees. 12 minutes or so. Bake until it turns golden around. Then put it out to cool.
Cooking tips:Don't take too long. The gap between biscuits should be bigger. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
