Step1:Preheat the oven at 180C. 24 Mini muffin molds. Apply oil and powder. Do anti sticking treatment. Then set aside.
Step2:In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Step3:In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients. Milk, butter, eggs, 2 tbsp maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Step4:Add dried blueberries. Add wet mixture to dry mixture and mix well. Stir until well combined.
Step5:Pour the batter into muffin mould. Bake for 1012 minutes until the toothpick is inserted into the center of the cake. Bring out without residue. Brush the top of the cake with maple syrup.
Step6:Add extra hot butter and maple syrup to serve on the cake.
