Step1:Chop the chicken. Blanch it. Wash it again.
Step2:Tea tree mushroom soak hair in advance, cut off root and clean.
Step3:In the wok, put oil, pepper and star anise, then ginger, scallion and garlic. Stir fry the chicken pieces with blanched water.
Step4:Put in the old soy sauce and cooking wine. Continue to stir fry for a while.
Step5:Add the fresh water that hasn't been used for chicken pieces. Put the tea tree mushroom in. Bring to a boil over high heat. Simmer for 30 minutes until the juice is almost dry. Add the onion pieces and salt and stir fry.
