White wine and pepper are used to remove fishy smell and improve freshness. Eggs play a role of fusion. A little sugar is better. Salt and chicken essence are added according to personal taste.
Step8:Big fusion. Stir in one direction. It smells salty and delicious. I guess it's OK.
Step9:Small wonton dumplings are easy to rot. the skin is also dry. I pack a lot of stuffing. It may be like dumplings. It's better to put water around the skin when wrapping. It doesn't spread.
Step10:When you cook it, you need more water.
Step11:Out of the pot. I put salt, chicken essence, shrimp, laver, vinegar in the soup. The delicious small wonton can be eaten.
Cooking tips:I have to buy a small wonton skin. It's thin and dry. Prepare some water for the package. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
