When I was pregnant, I suddenly wanted to eat marinated tofu and radish. My mother-in-law made a pot of marinated tofu and turned on my appetite all day.
Step1:Cut the streaky pork into pieces. Over water. Remove and set aside. Radish and tofu are also cut into pieces.
Step2:Add water in the pot. Add soy sauce, sugar, salt and ginger slices to make the brine soup.
Step3:Add pork, radish and tof
Step4:After stewing, turn down the heat and simmer slowly. When the radish is cooked, it can be served.
Step5:This pot of vegetables doesn't particularly stew the marinated meat first. You can eat radish and tofu first. Leave it for the next meal and continue stewing the marinated meat. Eat slowly. Don't worry.
