Step1:Wash the oxtail. Pat it flat with ginger and scallion. Heat the oil in a hot pot. Stir fry the oxtail with ginger and scallion. Change color. Put it in a clay pot. Add water. Peel and slice radish. Turn a big fire to a small one. Slow down for 2 hours.
