All the benefits of plum are needless to say. Plum jam. People who like sour and sweet jam must not miss it.
Step1:Preparation - one sealable glass bottle. Disinfect. Air dry. Spare.
Step2:Wash the plums, pick out the roots with toothpicks. Pour in clear water. Soak the plums overnight. Remove the astringency.

Cooking tips:1. I used to boil plum jam with a small amount of maltose. Later, I found that plum contains a lot of pectin. Maltose can be dispensed with. 2. Plum jam can be used as spread sauce.
