This is my baby's favorite. It's delicious but my baby can't eat too much at a time. It's hard to digest the glutinous rice products.
Step1:First, steam the pumpkin in water. Press it into mud, add glutinous rice flour and a proper amount of white sugar (the amount of sugar can be determined according to your taste) and knead it into a smooth dough (be careful not to add water into the dough. The dough should be hard and not too soft. It will collapse if it is too soft)
Step2:Divide the dough into some dough about the size of a table tennis ball. Then knead it into circles (the dough can be filled with bean paste, which is also delicious)
Step3:Use the handle of the spoon to press some pumpkin like impressions on the dough. Put a raisin in the middle of each pumpkin to make the rattan head of the pumpkin (if I don't have any raisins in my family, I've steamed the sanpao in my family, and I use that to make the rattan head)
Step4:Finally put some oil on the steamer. Steam it for about 15 minutes.
