Every time I go to Hannah mountain for barbecue, I have to have two bowls of free pumpkin porridge first. Since I like it so much, I'd better make it myself.
Step1:Select the older pumpkins. Peel, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Steam in the pot.
Step2:Mash the steamed pumpkin with a little water in a blender.
Step3:Put the beaten pumpkin paste into the soup pot to boil. Add some milk or light milk. Keep stirring to avoid the Hu pot. Dissolve the glutinous rice flour in water. Pour into the pot. Add some sugar if you like.
Step4:Boil until it's over. Pumpkin porridge is sweet, smooth and glutinous. It's very good to drink. It's also very good to drink it in summer.
