Cooking tips:1. The animal viscera has a little fishy smell. Ginger and cooking wine can remove the fishy smell when marinating. 2. When pineapple, carambola and other fruits are put into the dishes, the cooking time should not be too long. If you stir fry them a little, you can turn off the fire.
