This dish was cooked twice in Xianxiang hotel two years ago. It's my favorite dish. I recommend it to you. It's up to you whether it's delicious or not.
Step1:Ingredients: eight Liang eel, six Liang leek, two pieces of dried tofu.
Step2:First wash the eel, put salt and knead it. Then wash it so that the eel is not sticky. Shred eel. Wash leek and cut into sections for use.
Step3:Shred dried tofu. Mix well with soy sauce.
Step4:Cut ginger and scallion for spare.
Step5:Start the oil pan. Add more oil than usual and stir fry eel shreds. Stir fry with rice wine and soy sauce, add chives and tofu, stir fry, add steamed fish and soy sauce, stir fry for a while, and set up the pan.
