Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Cut tofu into 1.5cm square pieces. Put into a boiling pot and heat for a minute or two, then remove with a spoon.

  2. Step2:Cut the shallots, garlic and ginger into small pieces for use. Cut black bean and Pixian bean paste into small pieces and set aside.

  3. Step3:Stir fry beef stuffing in oil pan, then add cooking wine to taste. Take it out for standby.

  4. Step4:Put ginger, garlic and dried Douchi in the oil pot. Stir fry gently. Then add Pixian bean paste and chili noodles to stir fry the red oil.

  5. Step5:Put in tofu. Add some water along the edge of the pot. Let the tofu absorb slowly.

  7. Step7:Put in the fried beef. Thicken it for the second time.

  8. Step8:Before leaving the pot, add chicken essence and chopped shallot to taste.
