Step1:Blanch the pigskin. Boil in boiling water for 5 minutes. Take out and rinse. Scrape off the white grease. Pull out the hair. Cut into strips.
Step2:Add ginger, onion, salt and water to the pigskin, boil it, and then skim off the floating white oil foam. Put in a pressure cooker and press for 30 minutes. Or simmer for 2 hours.
Step3:After stewing, remove the ginger and onion. Cool them and pour them into the container. Refrigerate them overnight.
