You can buy a piece of pig's skin or buy meat from your own home. This is what I cut down every time I buy it and put it in the refrigerator for freezing. If you've got enough to boil, take it out. I have two ways to make a jelly. It's the most common one today.
Step1:Put cooking wine, ginger and scallion on the pigskin first. Boil the blood foam. Wash it with water.
Step2:Take a knife and scrape off the fat on it. Be patient. Scrape clean.
Step3:Cut into small pieces. Add water. Add onion, ginger, garlic and star anise to boil.
Step4:Cooked pig skin soup. The color is white and sticky. Sift through to make clear soup. Do not discard the seasoning.
Step5:Put a layer of boiled pig skin under the basin, and then pour in the filtered soup.
Step6:The rest of the pigskin is fried. One way is to eat it in two ways. Taste is a compliment
Step7:Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili oil, salt and garlic in a small bowl.
Step8:Pour the sauce over the jelly
Step9:A closer loo
Step10:Does it smell good
Cooking tips:It's necessary to scrape the fat off the pigskin... Basically, it's only skin. Be patient. I cut off a lot of fat oil and put it in a bag. Take it outside to feed the stray dog and cat in the bush. If you like vinegar, add some vinegar. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
