Step1:Wash the crucian carp and set aside. Cut the green onion into sections. Cut the hot pepper into small grains. Pat the garlic and set aside.
Step2:Heat the pan and put the oil in to let the ginger smell. Fry the fish on both sides until it is slightly burnt.
Step3:Start pouring in cooking wine, raw soy sauce, garlic and pepper. Use a shovel to gently shovel the fish so as not to touch the pot. (it's ok if you don't touch the pot.) add a little salt.
Step4:Here comes the secret weapon. Add a spoonful of Haitian rice dressing and a small bowl of water.
Step5:It's stewed.
