Step1:The dough was kneaded to expansion stage by oil method. It was fermented to twice the size. 100g of dough was reserved and put into the refrigerator for freezing. When making bread next time, it was moved to the refrigerator one night in advance for thawing as the old noodle. Take out the dough and exhaust. Divide into 8 parts. Cover with wet cloth or plastic film. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step2:It's filled with bean paste. My stuffing is frozen from the refrigerator. There's ice on it. I made four bean paste stuffing.
Step3:Take a piece of dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Put on the meat floss and roll it up into an olive shape.
Step4:All of them are well shaped and put into the oven for secondary fermentation.
Step5:When it's fermented, it can be made into pastry. Add the young sugar (preferably sugar powder) to the butter softened at room temperature and mix well. Then add the low sugar powder and mix well and put it into the refrigerator for cold storage.
Step6:Brush the egg liquid with the bread crust. Put the pastry stuffing into the decoration bag. Cut a small mouth. Squeeze the pattern you like on the bread crust. Put it in the preheated oven. 180 degrees. 18 minutes in the middle layer.
Step7:Out of the oven. There are more pastry filling. I don't want to waste it. I'll fill the 1st, 2nd and 4th ones. Please ignore the appearance. But I'll choose those ones. Because there are so many pastry. They are so crispy and fragrant
Step8:It's 1:00 in the night. You can eat as you like
