Step6:Turn the dough to both sides as shown in the picture. Ferment the dough at 38 ℃ and 85% humidity for about 40 minutes until the dough is twice the original size.
Step7:Brush the surface of the fermented dough lightly with a layer of whole egg liquid. Put it into the preheated oven at 180 degrees. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Step8:When the bread is cooled out of the oven, squeeze some salad dressing on the surface and stick on the meat floss.
