Cooking Steps

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (the water in the oven also needs to be removed). Brush the whole egg liquid on the fermented dough, sprinkle with white sesame, put it into the preheat oven, bake for 12 minutes or so, until the surface of the bread is golden.

  4. Step4:Toast. Pour it on another clean oilpaper. Remove the baking tray and tear off the oiled paper at the bottom. Wait for the bread to cool.
