Step1:Cut ginger, onion and garlic. Chop chilli. Mix starch with water to make it wet. Wash and shred carrot.
Step2:Cut the thin pork into 5 cm long filaments. Add salt and half of the mixed water starch. Grasp evenly by hand. The remaining water starch is mixed with sugar, soy sauce and vinegar to make a sauce.
Step3:Put the vegetable oil in the pot. Heat it up. Stir fry the shredded meat first. Then put in chili, carrot, ginger, onion, garlic and other seasonings. Stir quickly for several times. When the shredded meat is cooked, immediately pour in the mixed starch juice and thicken it. Stir well and then it will be out of the pot.
