This is a kind of light meatball soup. It's not greasy and thick. It's suitable for eating in summer or winter. Especially with rice. It's called fragrance..
Step1:Peel the wax gourd. Slice about 1cm thick. Set aside.
Step2:Beat the meat stuffing with an egg. Stir well. Put in chopped green onion and ginger.
Step3:Put some peanut oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, white pepper, sugar (just a little bit, fresh), salt and stir in one direction until it's strong.
Step4:Put some water in the pot. Put in the wax gourd after boiling.
Step5:When the water is boiled, add the meat filling (into a ball). Cover and cook for about 5.6 minutes.
Step6:Turn off the fire, put salt and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
Cooking tips:If you don't like the light one, you can fry the wax gourd with oil and then drain it.. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
