Step1:The yeast powder is boiled with warm water, added to the flour, added with sugar (about 10 grams), and made into a uniform dough. Wake up at room temperature for about 50 minutes.
Step2:Stir the pork stuffing in one direction. Add 20ml of water and 10ml of cooking wine while stirring.
Step3:Mix the minced onion, ginger and eggs into the meat stuffing. Beat in one direction.
Step4:Peel and cut cucumber into pieces. Squeeze out water. Cut onion and carrot into pieces. Mix with shrimp skin and meat stuffing in one direction and mix well.
Step5:Add sugar, salt, raw soy sauce, old soy sauce, thirteen spices and sesame oil into the mixed stuffing. Mix well and reserve.
Step6:Knead the dough into long strips and divide them into small dosage forms of about 50g.
Step7:Roll the small dosage into a 10cm diameter skin. It is thick in the middle and thin around.
Step8:Wrap a tablespoon of filling in the dough. Squeeze the edges of the dough into the middle.
Step9:Press the pinched bag flat. Put it aside and wake up for a while.
Step10:Brush the bottom of the electric cake pan with oil. Put the embryo on it. Start to bake the cake.
Step11:First, put a golden color on both sides, then add a small amount of water, cover it, and let the water evaporate to dry. Then it will be cooked.
