Step1:Clean and slice the black fish. Chop the fish bones and control them for drying. Put oil in the hot pot. Stir fry the ginger, onion and dried red pepper. Stir fry the black fish in the pot for several times. Add the old soy sauce and appropriate salt and continue to stir fry. Slide some boiling water along the side of the pot. Add the dried black fungus and green pepper and stir fry until cooked. Turn off the heat and add chopped garlic and a little MSG (or chicken essence) to the pot.
