I'm in a foreign country. Everything is simple. Like to use simple ingredients and simple kitchenware to make simple food.
Step1:Make caramel. Heat the dry pot and add the sugar. Stir fry and add the boiling water. When the water splashes, be careful to avoid it (remember to use hot water). Stir to mix the sugar water. The sugar water begins to bubble and boil until it is thick. Be careful not to stir fry the sugar too much or for a long time, so as not to be too hot and bitter. If you are too lazy, you can boil white sugar with water until it is amber. Cool the caramel.
Step2:Take the yolk and break it up (my egg white separator is handsome. In fact, it uses a leaky spoon). The egg white can be kept for making rice cooker cake. If you feel like trouble, you can lay the whole egg. If you like sweet milk, add sugar and heat it to melt, but do not boil it. If there is no milk, it's OK to mix it with milk powder. In a word, it needs to be cooled. If you don't eat sweet and ready-made milk, it's easy to ignore this step.
Step3:Slowly add the cooled milk into the egg liquid (if the temperature of the milk is high, it will become the soup for making egg flowers). Mix well while stirring. Then sift it closely at least once. The steamed pudding will taste smooth after sifting. Let the milk and egg stand by.
Step4:I have no steaming mould. So I use the glass teapot and tea cup of bubble tea (seemingly I have been making use of HA) to thin the container with edible oil or butter better (convenient release). Pour caramel at the bottom. About 0.30.5cm thick. Then pour it slowly into the milk egg liquid. If there is a bubble, it should be swept away. Caramel is dense, so it's still at the bottom. It's amazing.
Step5:Steam in the pot for 1015 minutes (depending on the thickness of the container). Leave a gap on the pot cover to let out air. You can also wrap the container with a fresh-keeping film to prevent water from dripping into the egg liquid.
Step6:Steam well out of the pot. Cool and demould. I forgot to grease the container with this finished product. I used toothpick to help demoulding again, which led to phase brea
Step7:Dangdang. A pure egg milk without pudding powder without caramel pudding in the oven. Is it healthy and nutritious
Cooking tips:How many eggs and how much milk depends on the container. I don't have a mold. I use a glass teapot and teacup. Stir fry caramel to pay attention to the heat. Amber is OK. Too hot becomes bitter. To make it easier, just boil the sugar and water together. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
