Step1:Arctic shrimp ice. Head and shell.
Step2:Put the shrimp into a mortar. Mash it with a pestle. If you don't have tools, you can crush them with the back of the knife.
Step3:The shrimp meat is sticky
Step4:Put salt, white pepper, ginger, soy sauce and 2 egg whites (yolks) in the shrimp meat. Stir in one direction.
Step5:Shepherd's purse is blanched and scalded after cleaning. It can be frozen in the refrigerator after blanching and scalded. Take it as you eat. Before eating, wash it with water twice.
Step6:Dry the cleaned shepherd's purse. Use it to chop.
Step7:Mix the remaining two yolks into shepherd's purse stuffing. It can make shepherd's purse taste less dry.
Step8:Before wrapping the stuffing, I used to drench it with golden dragon fish sesame oil. I like pure sesame oil best.
Step9:Put the stuffing in the wonton skin.
Step10:Put some water on the edge. Fold it up and down. Seal it.
Step11:1. Grasp the two upper corners. Just pinch them together.
Step12:Follow this procedure to pack all wontons. Add water to the pot. Cook wonton. Put laver, soy sauce and salt in the bowl. Put the cooked wonton together with the soup in the bowl. Finally, drizzle with sesame oil to improve the taste.
