A very simple dish
Step1:3 egg. Add 1.5 bowl of water (steamed rice bowl) until stirring.
Step2:Proper amount of whitebait. Marinate with a little salt and cooking wine for 15 minutes
Step3:Cut some scallion, a little ginger, a little salt and marinated silver carp and put them into the egg. Stir for a few times. Put them into the steamer
Step4:Start with a big fire. Let the water boil. Change to a small fire and simmer for 10 minutes
Step5:Sprinkle a little sesame oil at last to add fragrance.
Cooking tips:Marinate the silver fish to remove the fishy smell and make the meat tender and smooth; put ginger to remove the fishy smell of eggs and silver fish; sesame oil adds fragrance. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
