Steamed scallops can't make it to the elegant place. Garlic scallops are a common dish in the banquet. They should also be seasoned. They're not out of date.
Step1:Rinse the scallops under the running water. Add water to the pot. Put the scallops on the grate. Put the cold water on the pot. Step2:Steamed scallops. Remove half of the shells. Put the meat on the plate upward. Pour a proper amount of steamed fish and soy sauce into each scallop
Step3:Pour some olive oil into the spoon. Put in the garlic powder. Boil the garlic fragrance over a small fire. Pour it on the scallops right away
Step4:Sprinkle some chives and decorate it. A plate of scallops with minced garlic will do it
Cooking tips:I don't use salt. What I eat is the freshness and tenderness of the seafood itself, and I haven't abandoned any part of the scallop. I don't need to spit sand. Basically, I don't need to spit sand. I've never bought scallops with sand or mud in them; I've removed the skirt of scallops. The cylinder in them is the scallop column.
