A lot of people think that steaming is light. Actually, it's not. You see, today's steamed spareribs with black bean sauce is not like this. It is a well-known Cantonese dish. Edible oil can firmly lock the water in the ribs. Releasing raw powder will make the ribs more tender and smooth. 3.
