My family smokes a lot of bacon every Spring Festival. It's really delicious with potatoes today. Like the relatives may as well have a try. (expanded)
Step1:It takes about 10 hours for bacon to soak in water when it is just taken out of the refrigerator.

Cooking tips:(1) the meat will be tender if it is sauteed with water. (2) It's better not to cut potatoes too big. After peeling and cutting, it's better to wash two courses with water. (3) It's better to pour boiling water in. And if it's not good in the middle, don't add water in suddenly. That will greatly reduce the taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
