Fancy bread looks beautiful. It's like a blooming flower. I'm in a very good mood. I made a lot of different styles of bread with this recipe, including toast. I think the bread made with this recipe is very soft and fragrant. Even the bread is still soft after 23 days. So I use this recipe every time I make bread. The crust of this bread will not wrinkle like that of toast after it is baked for several hours
Step1:The materials were successively put into water, egg, camellia oil, high gluten powder, low gluten powder, sugar, salt and yeast, and then put the bread barrel into the bread machine. Start and flour mode for 15 minutes; after the first and flour end, carry out the second and flour mode for 20 minutes.
Step2:After the second mixing, the dough is fermented to 2.5 times the size.
Step3:Prepare the homemade red bean paste. Knead each red bean paste into 15 grams. There are 10 in total.
Step4:Take out the fermented dough and knead it for 15 minutes. Remember to cover it with plastic wrap.
Step5:After 15 minutes, divide the dough into 10 small dough. Each dough is 14g. Knead until the surface is smooth, and then put the plastic film on the back cover for 10 minutes.
Step6:Roll a small dough into 1cm thickness in 10 minutes.
Step7:Put in the red bean paste.
Step8:Wrap the dough tightly and close it up. Close it down.
Step9:After all the dough is finished, it is put into a 9 inch round mold. The closing mouth is facing down. The rest of the dough can be put on the baking tray for fermentation. Extra space must be reserved. Put it into the oven for the second fermentation to 1.5 times the size.
Step10:Remove the dough from the oven after 45 minutes of fermentation. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
Step11:Brush the dough with camellia oil, salad oil or egg white.
Step12:Finally, sprinkle a layer of coarse sugar. Bake at 175 ℃ for 1520 minutes.
Step13:After baking, put the bread out of the oven and put it on the grill for cooling. After drying, put it in a fresh bag or box for sealing.

Cooking tips:The toast bread that can't be eaten can be wrapped in a fresh-keeping bag and put into the refrigerator for freezing. When eating, put it into the oven for heating. The oven temperature should be adjusted according to each oven. Red bean paste filling can be replaced by other fillings. The water added to the material can be reserved for 10 grams. If it is not enough, add it. This can avoid the dough being too wet. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
