Step1:Put the flour into the middle of the basin, dig out the space, put the eggs, oil, salt, sugar, dry yeast and baking powder into the basin. Slowly pour them into the basin, mix them evenly with chopsticks, and then knead them into dough by hand (the dosage of dry yeast and baking powder is written on the package. The water should be added slowly, not too much at a time). Wake up 15 minutes later. Put the fresh-keeping film on the cover of kneaded smooth dough on the balcony where there is sunshin
Step2:It will be ready in three to four hours. It's twice the size of the hair. Just insert it with your finger and don't retract it
Step3:Knead the bubbles out of the dough. Knead the dough into a circle. Put it in the pot. After waking up for 20 minutes, the dough can be fired and steamed (note that the dough spacing should be larger or it will stick together after being steamed. This is not enough spacing for me to stick together after being steamed)
Step4:Turn the heat to steam for 25 minutes after 15 minutes. Turn off the heat. Don't worry about opening the lid. Wait for three or two minutes. If you open the lid directly after turning off the heat, the steamed bread will retract. If you don't open it for a long time, there will be water drops on the steamed bread. Mine is water drops
