Use your fingers to knead it along the long direction from the center line. A beautiful butterfly will do it. In this way, all colors of butterflies can be made.
Step6:Add water to boil in the pot. Put in the butterfly noodles. Boil. Remove the cold water for use.
Step7:Heat the pan and pour in the oil. Put in the minced meat in advance. Then add salt and sugar and stir fry for a while. Then add onion and carrot and stir fry until the color changes. Pour in cooking wine and oyster sauce to taste and mix
Step8:Pour in the boiled butterfly noodles, stir fry for two minutes, dish out, sprinkle with scallion and enjoy.
