Baking loving relatives usually use high gluten flour to make bread. In fact, they can make delicious bread just like ordinary flour. I use wheat flour, which is usually used to make bread.
Step1:One egg is broken. 30g is poured into the barrel of the bread machine. The rest of the egg liquid is left to be brushed on the surface of the bread. Put in water. Put in yeast. Soak for a whil
Step2:Put all materials, except butter, into the barrel of the bread machine. Stir with chopsticks slightly to avoid the flour flying around when the machine is running
Step3:A mixing procedure is over in 15 minutes. Stop and put in butter
Step4:Start the mixing procedure for 15 minutes again. After that, open the dough to check. The mask has come out
Step5:Round it up and put it into the basin. Make one hair; one hair can be made at room temperature
Step6:It takes one and a half hours for one hair at room temperature. The dough is fermented to twice the size. At present, the room temperature is about 23 ℃; take out the dough, press it, exhaust it, and divide it into seven equal parts. Roll it round. Cover the fresh-keeping film to wake up for 15 minutes
Step7:In 15 minutes. Take a small dough. Flatten it by hand
Step8:Put in about 5g of meat floss
Step9:Squeeze the necks like a bun. The necks are facing down
Step10:Put it into the mold. First put it in the middle, then put it all around. Finish all in turn; apply some oil in the mold to facilitate demoulding
Step11:Put the mold into the oven. Turn the function knob to fermentation. Set the time for 50 minutes. Spray a little water on the four walls of the oven and the dough surface. Close the oven door for fermentation. During the fermentation, watch the temperature of the thermometer keep stable at 30 degrees
Step12:After 50 minutes, take out the mold. The dough is twice the size. Press the dough gently with your hand. There are indentations on the side and no rebound. It means that the fermentation is in place; the oven is preheated to 180 degrees. The preheating time is about 10 minutes
Step13:Brush the dough surface with egg liquid. Put it into the preheated oven. Turn the function knob to toast mode. Set 180 degrees for both the upper and lower tubes. Set the time for 20 minutes
Step14:It's time to take out the bread. The color is beautiful. The color is even. It's far beyond my imagination. The bread will come out with a little knock. Is the color even
Step15:Look at the texture of the dough. Is it very delicate? It's not high gluten flour. It's just ordinary medium gluten flour
