Step1:Fry tofu in a hot oil pan until golden on both sides. In order to keep the tofu from scorching, sprinkle salt on it. Fry it well and set aside.
Step2:Put the catfish in the bowl. Pour in the rice wine. Sprinkle some salt on it. Put on the ginger. Marinate it for a while and then put it in the pot.
Step3:Fry the catfish in a hot oil pan. Pour in some water. Pour in some soy sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes. When the sauce is ready to dry, simmer for 5 minutes.
Step4:Sprinkle with Scallion when you are ready to serve. The delicious tofu fish is finished.
