Step1:Chop the chicken leg. Wash it.
Step2:Wash the rape for use
Step3:Wash the mushrooms and cut them in half.
Step4:Cut the potatoes. Sliced pepper.
Step5:Sliced ginger, sliced scallion, torn dry pepper and prepared pepper.
Step6:Put the oil in the pot. Put the ginger, dried pepper, prickly ash, and seasoning down to stir fry the fragrance.
Step7:Then add the chicken and stir fry. Put some cooking wine properly when stir frying. When the chicken becomes tight, add in the raw sauce and stir fry. Then add mushrooms and stir fry. If there is no soup in the pot, you can put a little water in it.
Step8:Stir fry evenly and then put in water. The water should not exceed the chicken. Put in the old soy sauce, sugar and oil after boiling the water in the pot. Stir well and cook for five minutes, then add potatoes. I like potatoes soft (we call noodles) a little. So put them early. You can put them later if you don't like them.
Step9:When the potatoes are eight minutes ripe, you can put the rape and pepper in them. Now you can taste the soup. If you want to taste better, you can put salt first. Then cook for a while. Cover the pot and simmer. Remember to turn over the ingredients. Avoid drying the pot. Put monosodium glutamate in the end. You can also put a little more fuel consumption. Stir evenly and you will be out of the pot.
Cooking tips:I used to put millet pepper. But without the pepper I put. Put in the sharp pepper. The sharp pepper in the soup tastes great. If you don't like it, don't put it. If you don't feel hot enough, just add some dry peppers. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
