My family brought a local chicken. There are more than four Jin left after the hair removal. I cut the meat to make a braised chicken. The chicken rack goes with the Houtou mushroom to make soup. The taste is very good.
Step1:Wash and chop chicken into small pieces. Add salt and wine to marinate for about 10 minutes.
