I like tea tree mushroom since I made it into a dry pot. It's better than stewing and making soup. I prefer bean paste to soy sauce. It's slightly spicy and has good color.
Step1:The set of ingredients is as shown in the figure. Streaky pork is added later. It's good to cook with a little meat.
Step2:Tea tree mushroom should be washed and treated well. Drain and control drying.
Step3:Sliced ginger, sliced garlic, sliced green and red peppers, sliced pork slice
Step4:Heat the wok and pour in a little oil. Stir in the pork until it turns yellow
Step5:Stir fried streaky pork aside. Add ginger and garlic and stir fr
Step6:Stir fry tea tree mushroom for 3.5 minute
Step7:Put in half a spoon of bean paste. Stir evenl
Step8:Simmer on medium heat for a few minutes. Turn it over halfway. Tea tree mushroom will come out of the water when stir fried. No need to add water.
Step9:Then turn the heat. Add in the green and red and stir fry evenly.
Step10:Add a little soy sauce and color it. Add a little sugar to make it fresh. Turn it over and turn off the heat.
Step11:Just install the tray. Sometimes I think the restaurant is not as good as the kitchen.
