My children and I like to eat all kinds of pasta. When we go back home during the holiday, my mother begins to make changes every day. The most often made is the leek box.
Step1:It's hard. It's very thin.
Step2:Shred leeks. Add salt and pepper powder. Pour in as much cooking oil as usual.
Step3:Put the prepared leek on the dough. Then knock the raw egg into a hole. Throw it on the leek. Basically a cake with an egg. Then cover it with a mask. Pinch the edge with your fingers. There should be enough raw flour on the dough. Then put it on a chopping board or a mat. When the pan oil is hot, slide the box from the chopping board into the pan.
Step4:The first side is slightly yellow. It can be turned over. The second side is fried to the degree of ripeness. Turn it back to the first side and fry it to golden yellow. Note: after the oil is hot, use medium or low heat. Otherwise, it will be pasted outside. The raw eggs in the box are not well cooked.
Step5:Fry it until it's almost done. Before you leave the pot, poke out the dough and have a look. When the eggs are cooked, you can leave the pot at ease.
