Step1:The more clean the fish is, the less fishy it will be. I use three saury here. Only the internal organs are removed on both sides. The middle one is the way I can remove all the bones when I demonstrate the saury. If I stew it, there is no need to remove the bones. Because the meat is easy to disperse.
Step2:Add onion, ginger, garlic and bean paste to stir fry the soybean oil when it's hot. Then add the autumn cuttlefish and water. Heat the pot and turn it to a low heat.
Step3:Finally, add all kinds of seasonings. Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
