When I tasted it at home, I had an impulse to fall down The key to the taste lies in the flavor and unique flavor of the cured meat. It also lies in the bowl of fragrant red oil prepared by ourselves. It's hard to buy raw pig ears now. It's unrealistic to make them by yourself. Step1:Prepare raw materials.

Step6:Add canola oil, chili oil, pepper oil and sesame oil into the pot. Turn off the fire when it is smoking.
Step7:When the oil smoke is completely dispersed, slowly pour the oil into the mixture of pepper noodles. Slowly pour it while stirring. Heat it evenly. This must be well controlled. If the oil temperature is too high, it will fry. If the oil temperature is low, it will not smell. This is a simpler version. Step8:The boiled pig ears are cooled and sliced.
Step9:Make two tablespoons of red oil, two tablespoons of raw soy sauce, two tablespoons of cold boiled oil, a little balsamic vinegar. Mix into the sauce. Put the sliced pig ear, coriander and shallot into the container. Pour in the sauce and mix well.
Step10:Red oil and wax pig ears are ready. It's delicious. In order to reduce the amount of oil, the amount of red oil in my sauce is not so much. When the parents make it, they adjust it according to their own preferences.
