Step1:Soak mung bean in hot water for 2 hours in advance. Steam the green bean and purple potato in a pot and press them into mud shape. (purple sweet potato is sweet without sugar. Mung bean with proper sugar
Step2:Green bean paste and purple potato paste are hand rubbed into their favorite patterns. The two materials are spliced together and put into the refrigerator for a while. (note that the pattern is smaller than the mooncake mold
Step3:Put the bean jelly, sugar and water into the pot, stir with a spoon and boil until the sugar turns on. Turn off the fire
Step4:Cool the white bean jelly in the pot until it is not hot. Dip it on your hand and it will solidify immediately. Pour 1 / 3 of it into the moon cake mold with a spoon. Add in the purple potato mung bean paste when it solidifies a little. Then pour 2 / 3 of the white bean jelly into the mold with a spoon (don't fill the mold)
Step5:Cool it until it solidifies, and then demould. The demoulding action should be slow. This is as easy to disperse as jelly
Step6:If the mold is removed, it can be refrigerated for a while, and the taste is better
