Step1:Clean the silverfish. Control the water content.
Step2:Beat and sprinkle the eggs. Stir well with warm boiled water and salt. Then filter out the impurities with a fine filter screen.
Step3:Boil the water in the pot. Put in the eggs. Put in the silverfish when it is going to solidify. Steam for another 5 minutes (I used 6 eggs. If I used less, I could reduce the time properly.) . don't open the lid after turning off the fire. Steam for 10 minutes.
Step4:Dilute oyster sauce with boiling water and pour into steamed egg.
Step5:The purpose of filtering impurities and steaming is to make the eggs more tender. Oyster sauce is for freshness and smell. Open to eat.
