When I was a child, my grandparents would occasionally cook it for me.
Step1:Wash rice. Cook a pot of porridge.
Step2:Chop the lean meat. Marinate with oil, salt, cooking wine and soy sauce.
Step3:Wash and chop the scallion.
Step4:Beat the eggs.
Step5:When the porridge is about to be cooked, put in the meat foam and stir it. After five minutes, put in the beaten egg. Stir it. After the porridge is rolled, pour in the onion.
Step6:After the porridge is rolled, add some salt. Drop a few drops of sesame oil and stir to make it out of the pot.
