Step1:Remove the internal organs of the anchovies and wash them. Drain the water for use. Defrost the homemade frozen tofu for use in advance. (frozen tofu is made by putting the homemade tofu in the refrigerator for quick freezing. For the method of making tofu, see the recipe of white vinegar tofu.)
Step2:Heat the oil in a cold pan. When the oil is hot, fry the anchovies one by one in the pan over medium heat.
Step3:When one side is done, fry it on the other side.
Step4:Take advantage of the time of frying fish. Take a casserole and pour in a large bowl of soup to boil. Use water instead of soup
Step5:Pour all the fried anchovies into the casserole and cook together.
Step6:Cut the green onion into sections and cut the ginger into slices. Put them all into the casserole and stew them together.
Step7:After thawing, the frozen tofu is cut into large pieces for use.
Step8:Let the anchovies boil and stew for 15 minutes. Then add the frozen tofu into the casserole and cook together.
Step9:There will be foam on the surface of the soup. Just skim the foam off with a net spoon. Then add some salt to taste according to your own taste.
Step10:After boiling, let the soup boil for 3 minutes and turn off the heat.
Step11:Finally, add some scallions.
Step12:The fresh and tender frozen tofu soup is ready.
