I make a large pot of vegetables. It's more than enough. It's made in one plate.
Step1:Put the fat intestines into the pot, add water, cook the cooking wine for 10 minutes, remove and cool. Cut into sections.
Step2:Wash small pieces of peppers.
Step3:Heat up the oil pan. Put in the chopped onion and pepper, stir fry until it is five years old and remove.
Step4:Leave the oil at the bottom of the pot. Put in the prepared onion, ginger, garlic, dried chilli. Stir fried pepper.
Step5:Put in the sliced fat intestines. Pour in the old soy sauce. Stir well. Put in the fried pepper and onion. Add chicken powder, MSG, salt and chili oil. Stir well.
Step6:Out of the pot and on the plate.
Cooking tips:When cooking fat intestines, do not put salt. The fat intestines fried with salt are not tender. Pepper should be used according to personal taste. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
