This is a kind of curry rice with a little sweetness and no heavy taste. It's for three people. It's great for a family with three stutters.
Step1:Bring to a boil in hot water. Add in the diced pumpkin. Cook for 34 minutes.
Step2:Heat the oil in a hot pot. Add curry powder. Stir and pour into a container for use.
Step3:Heat the oil in a hot pot. Stir fry the ginger and black pepper to taste. Add diced beef. Stir fry again until medium rare.
Step4:Add the premixed hot oil curry. Stir fry for a few times, then add the cooked pumpkin cubes.
Step5:Stir fry for 12 minutes. Add a tablespoon of milk (add a tablespoon of flour to the milk). Continue to stir fry.
Step6:After 12 minutes. Add the remaining milk. Add soy sauce and salt. Stir well. Collect the sauce until it's brown. Then you can get out of the pot.
