I don't like French oxtail, so I tried to develop it by myself. I didn't expect that it tasted very good. I hereby write it down.
Step1:Put shredded ginger in the oxtail. Blanch the cooking wine and take it out for us
Step2:Heat the pot. Heat the peanut oil. Heat the ginger and scallion pan. Stir fry the oxtail slightly. Then add 1200ml hot water. Turn the heat to simmer. Add salt in an hour.
Step3:During stewing, prepare carrots, coriander and tofu. Carrot slices, tofu slices and coriander slices. Stew for 1 hour and 45 minutes, then add carrot slices and tofu. Continue to stew for 2 hours, then turn off the heat. Add coriander and leave the pot.
Cooking tips:Blanch the oxtail and take it out to cool it. Do not wash it with cold water. Add water to the soup and let it boil. Salt should be put late. Add the raw soy sauce directly to the soup. Do not add it when frying. Otherwise, it will smell like sauce. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
