Step1:Prepare whitebait and egg
Step2:Whitebait wash quickly. Control the dry water.
Step3:One spoon of cooking wine and one spoon of rice vinegar. Marinate for three minutes.
Step4:Add in the eggs and mix well. Add a teaspoon of thirteen spices
Step5:Add a spoonful of soy sauce. Stir.
Step6:Add two spoonfuls of sesame oil. Stir well
Step7:The nonstick pot is hot
Step8:Pour in the egg. Fry until it solidifies
Step9:Stir fry for a while. When the eggs are completely set, they will be out of the pot.
Step10:This whitebait egg is not fried with oil. It's delicious with less oil. I have a bowl of noodles with my own stewed flavor
