Step4:Juice mixing - put 100ml clear water in the bowl. Pour cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, monosodium glutamate, salt, sesame oil, garlic, rice vinegar, white pepper and a small amount of starch into the bowl. Stir well.

Step6:Put a little oil in the pot. Stir fry onion, ginger and garlic. Pour the mixture into the pot and bring to a boil.
Step7:Pour in the fried meat. Quickly stir fry until the meat is well mixed with the sauce. You can leave the pot.
