My husband likes to eat sea fish. He often makes braised hairtail. Today, I saw that the flounder in the market is fresh. So I made braised flounder.
Step1:Remove the skin of flounder. Remove the scales and clean them.
Step2:The washed fish make up a layer of flour.
Step3:The flounder with flour. Fry in a pan until golden on both sides.
Step4:Mix salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar and sugar into a bowl of juice (add some water) and prepare the ingredients.
Step5:Heat the oil left over from the fish in the pan. Add the onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and seasoning into the pan, stir fry for a while and add the bowl of juice. When the soup is over, add the fish in turn.
Step6:When the heat is high, cover and turn to low for 15 minutes. When the soup is thick, leave the pot.
