My husband likes to eat sea fish. He often makes braised hairtail. Today, I saw that the flounder in the market is fresh. So I made braised flounder.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Remove the skin of flounder. Remove the scales and clean them.

  2. Step2:The washed fish make up a layer of flour.

  3. Step3:The flounder with flour. Fry in a pan until golden on both sides.

  4. Step4:Mix salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar and sugar into a bowl of juice (add some water) and prepare the ingredients.
