I saw twelve Feng flavors. Nicholas Tse's hands were rotten by crabs. I just want to say. Why don't you call me? I'll tell you to wash crabs... Hahaha... Sometimes it takes a little skill to be delicious.
Step1:Crab. Bought 11. Late to go are public. But bigger. 11 more than 4 jin.
Step2:Make a bucket. Give 2 tablespoons of salt and half a bottle of vinegar. Then give some water. Shake the crab. Salt kills bacteria. Vinegar can make the dirty things fall off the crab. Cleaning is very easy.
Step3:Crabs soaked in salt and vinegar run wild. It must be in a bucket. I can't run out.
Step4:Calm down after a frenzy. Shake it a few times. Now start to wash crabs with toothbrush. (I'm not good at taking photos). Crabs are basically faint. Big claws are not pinched everywhere. Wash it. It'll wake up soon.
Step5:Take any one. It's all white.
Step6:Boil the water. Steam the crabs. My pot is small. Only 5 can be steamed at a time. Six more are spicy.
Step7:Eight minutes. It's done.
Step8:Line up... One by one. (the dip material is ginger, soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil. Just mix them well. Forget to take photos.
Cooking tips:I use more crab vinegar. I should buy it cheaper. I forgot to buy cheap vinegar. It's very painful to use (⊙ o ⊙) there are skills in making delicious dishes.
